Membership
Membership in the Mariana Islands Water Operator Association is open to anyone, not just certified water and waste water operators. Any one with an interest in operating and managing public water systems (treatment or distribution) and waste water collection and treatment systems, including operators, managers and regulators of these systems may want to consider becoming a member.
Annual Membership Fee for 2022
The annual membership fee for 2022 is only $10. What a bargain! Check out the benefits section below to see what $10 gets you.

Membership Registration Form
If you would like to become a member, and have not been able to attend one of the training sessions to sign up for membership, then download a copy of the Membership Registration Form, fill it out, and mail it to the Association (address is on the registration form) along with a check for $10, or give the completed registration form to one of the Board members.

Once you submit this form - we will send you an invoice for $10 via PayPal. This is not automatic, so don't expect an immediate response. We actually have to check our email, then log-in to PayPal and generate an invoice back to you, so it may take several days depending on how often we check email, which is typically only once a week (remember this is a non-profit run by volunteers.
About the Association
The Association is a non-profit corporation. All of the operating expenses for the Association including the CNMI business license annual fee, website maintenance expenses, and training venue expenses are generated from membership dues and training fees. We try to keep our expenses to an absolute minimum, so that membership dues and training fees can be kept at the lowest possible amount. Any excess funds generated are used to purchase training materials for our lending library.
You do not have to be a member to attend Association sponsored training classes.

Membership Benefits
Certified operators that attend trainings sponsored by the Association can earn continuing education credits that apply towards their certification renewal requirements. Membership benefits include:
