- During the introductions, each person will be asked to tell us their biggest problem with their utility given their role in the utility
- We will record the issues on a white board or easel
- We will be looking for overlaps in issues and identify common problems
10:00 Disaster Preparedness
- What disasters are likely to occur at your utility?
- How can you prepare your utility in the best way possible to withstand the disaster(s)
10:45 Mutual Aid Agreements
- In a disaster (any kind of disaster) do you have the ability to work with your neighboring utilities?
- How have you helped in the past?
- What kind of help could you use?
- Structure of mutual aid agreements
11:15 Knowledge Management
- It is important to be able to share information from one person to another, especially if a worker is planning to leave and that worker is highly experienced
- Ways to share knowledge

- What will happen if you retire or quit? Who will take over? Have you thought about who will succeed you?
- Have you tried anything that has worked well?
