The following water operator training sessions were sponsored by the CNMI Division of Environmental Quality (before the formation of the Mariana Islands Water Operator Association). DEQ used a grant from the US Environmental Protection Agency to rent the training venues. The training was provided by DEQ staff, HRWA, or volunteers from public water systems.
