Ruel Magtalas

Ruel Magtalas has been on Saipan since 1994 and was the Laolao Bay Golf Resort’s Engineering and Facility Manager for 22 years.  He still operates and manages the water and waste water facilities for the resort as a private contractor.  He assisted with the design of the original facilities at the resort and the design of the new wastewater treatment plant there when the resort recently expanded.  Ruel has also been consulted on the design of facilities for other existing and proposed resorts on Saipan.
