CAPT Derek Chambers reviewed three case studies about disease outbreaks or failures in water system disinfection systems: Cryptosporidium Outbreak in Milwaukee, WI in 1993; E. Coli outbreak in Walkerton, Ontario in 2000; and E. Coli positives on Saipan in 2004.
