Local Regulations
The CNMI has several sets of regulations of which water and waste water operators should be aware. Some of the regulations are administered by the Division of Environmental Quality (DEQ) and some are administered by the Bureau of Environmental Health (BEH). Official Versions of Regulations

To find the drinking water regulations, click on the "NMIAC Code" tab > then Title 65: Bureau of Environmental and Coastal Quality, Division of Environmental Quality [expand] > then "Chapter 65-20 Drinking Water Regulations". Chapter 65-120 "Wastewater Treatment and Disposal Rules and Regulations" are further down the list."
