Managing Your Utility in Tough Economic Times Workshop
conducted by University of North Carolina - Environmental Finance Center

Place: Governor Pedro P. Tenorio Multi-Purpose Center, Beach Road, Susupe, Saipan, CNMI

Workshop Description: As the requirements of the Safe Drinking Water Act get more stringent and the operating revenue decreases, it becomes more challenging to effectively manage a water utility. This training explored asset management principals and techniques to assist water utilities in meeting these challenges. The training included a blend of presentations, hands-on exercises, and peer to peer learning.

Audience: This workshop was specifically designed for Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands drinking water systems serving 10,000 or fewer customers.
