While at the Pacific Utility Conference in Cook Islands, Larry gave a presentation on water demand issues. He shared that presentation with us. Larry showed that CUC has 70% non-revenue water (there is 70% of CUC water unaccounted for). American Samoa is similar. Other Pacific Islands have lower non-revenue water, but are still higher than the Pacific Islands benchmark which is 25%.
